Basketball Recap: Campion Academy Beats Mile High Academy for Their Third Straight Win

Campion Academy had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 13 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They walked away with a 45-38 win over the Mile High Academy Mustangs. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 25-22 win back in January.

Despite the loss, Mile High Academy saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Addy Dodds posted 16 points along with six rebounds and five assists. Dodds has been hot recently, having also posted three or more steals the last three times she's played.

Campion Academy's victory bumped their record up to 13-3. As for Mile High Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-6.
