It was fun while it lasted, but Lincoln County's undefeated season came to an end after four games on Friday. They took a 12-8 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Grand County Red Devils. The loss was the Lynx's first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Lincoln County fell to 4-1. As for Grand County, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 5-1.

Looking ahead, Lincoln County will take on Skyridge at 2:00 p.m. on Friday. Skyridge is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.6 runs per game this season. As for Grand County, they will face off against South Summit at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Grand County also hasn't been messing around on offense: they've averaged 12.5 runs per game.
