Basketball Recap: Vista Ridge Takes a Loss

Vista Ridge lost against Pine Creek back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Vista Ridge Wolves were outmatched by the Pine Creek Eagles and fell 63-26. The Wolves were down 44-22 at the end of the third quarter, and things only got worse from there.

Vista Ridge's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Sole' Alexander, who posted six points.

Vista Ridge's loss dropped their record down to 15-5. As for Pine Creek, the victory (which was their tenth in a row) raised their record to 19-2.

Coming up, Vista Ridge will square off against Doherty at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Pine Creek, they will challenge Rampart at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
