Softball Recap: Lone Peak Comes Up Short

Thursday just wasn't the day for Lone Peak's offense. They lost 10-0 to the Westlake Thunder on Thursday. The Knights' loss continues a trend for the team, making it seven in a row.

Lone Peak's defeat dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Westlake, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 9-2.

Coming up, Lone Peak will head out to square off against American Fork at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Westlake, they will welcome Cedar Valley at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. The Thunder's pitchers better be ready for this one: the Aviators have averaged an impressive 9.3 runs per game this season.
