Basketball Recap: Hereford Comes Up Short

Hereford was the 50-48 winner over Canyon when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Hereford Whitefaces fell to the Canyon Eagles 64-60.

Hereford's defeat dropped their record down to 16-16. As for Canyon, their win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-15.

While Hereford had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
