San Elizario waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with nine straight wins... but they left with ten. Everything went their way against the Ysleta Indians as they made off with a 4-1 win. The result was nothing new for the Eagles, who have now won ten matches by three goals or more so far this season.

Lia Salido and Angela Chairez scored all four of San Elizario's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 30 goals.

San Elizario pushed their record up to 10-2 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 25 goals over those five games. As for Ysleta, they now have a losing record of 6-7.

Coming up, San Elizario will square off against Austin at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday. San Elizario knows how to get goals on the board -- the squad has finished with four goals or more in their past four contests -- so hopefully Austin likes a good challenge. As for Ysleta, they didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Riverside on the 14th.
