Soccer Recap: Palm Beach Gardens Comes Up Short

If Palm Beach Gardens was feeling good fresh off their 8-0 takedown of Lake Worth last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Palm Beach Gardens Gators fell just short of the Centennial Eagles by a score of 1-0 on Thursday. Considering the last time the Gators couldn't score was back in December of 2024, the team can't take the result too hard.

Palm Beach Gardens now has a losing record at 4-5. As for Centennial, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 8-5.

Palm Beach Gardens will head out to take on Leonard at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Leonard will roll in looking for their ninth straight victory, something Palm Beach Gardens surely won't give up without a fight. As for Centennial, they will welcome Okeechobee at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Centennial is on a five-game streak of home wins, Okeechobee a four-game streak of away wins -- so someone will have to leave a streak behind on the pitch.
