If Marcellus was feeling good fresh off their 11-1 takedown of Hartford on Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Wildcats took a 9-4 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Huskies on Monday. The Wildcats' loss signaled the end of their five-game winning streak.

Marcellus saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Cale Hackenberg, who went 1-for-4 with one triple and one run.

Marcellus' defeat dropped their record down to 17-5. As for Hartford, they have been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 11-11 record this season.
