Volleyball Recap: Indian River Comes Up Short

After flying high against MOT Charter on Friday, Indian River came back down to earth. The Indians came up short against the Cape Henlopen Vikings on Monday, falling 3-0. Considering the last time the Indians couldn't score was back in April, the team can't take the result too hard.

Indian River's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-4. As for Cape Henlopen, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-4.

Looking ahead, Indian River will face off against Dover at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Cape Henlopen, they will square off against Newark Charter School at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
