Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Cardinal Stritch). They took their game on Tuesday with ease, bagging a 49-15 win over the Woodward Polar Bears. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded the Cardinals with their most commanding win of the season.

Cardinal Stritch found their leader in sophomore Amaya Hill, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 19 boards. Those 19 rebounds set a new season-high mark for Hill. Another player making a difference was Sydney Miller, who posted 13 points.

Cardinal Stritch's victory bumped their record up to 4-9. As for Woodward, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 3-7.

Cardinal Stritch will challenge Northwood at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Woodward, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Bowsher at 6:30 p.m. on January 27th.
