            Volleyball Recap: Unity Christian Knights vs. Quincy HomeSchool Saint        
        
		
        
        
            Unity Christian saw some tournament action  on Friday. They took  a  2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Quincy HomeSchool Saint.
 Unity Christian was not able to win a set, but it sure wasn't from a lack of trying: every set was decided by three points or less. The match finished with set scores of 25-22,  26-24.
 Emily Merema paced Unity Christian's offense, picking up seven kills. Merema got some help from  Ella Behr and her three assists.  Maddy Wilbur controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.
Unity Christian has  been struggling recently as they've  lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-4 record  this season. As for Quincy HomeSchool,  the  victory  got them back to even at 1-1.
 Looking ahead, Unity Christian will square off against Metro W at 4:00  p.m.  on Friday. Quincy HomeSchool does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
