Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Northern Cambria). Everything went their way against the United Lions on Tuesday as they made off with a 17-2 victory. The win continues a trend for the Colts in their matchups with the Lions: they've now won six in a row.

The team relied heavily on Alexa Fox, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with five stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI. That's the most hits she has posted since back in April of 2024. Sarah Abel also deserves some recognition as she brought in her first RBI of the season.

Northern Cambria's record now sits at 3-7. As for United, their loss was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-10.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Northern Cambria beat the Lions by a score of 14-2 on Wednesday.
