Volleyball Recap: Dunwoody's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Dunwoody can bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Thursday. They came out on top against the North Springs Spartans by a score of 2-0. The Wildcats have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Spartans, too.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Dunwoody took both sets by at least 15 points. The final score came out to 25-10, 25-10.

Alexa Keefe paced Dunwoody's offense, picking up six kills. Keefe got some help from Naomi Sneh and her seven assists.

Dunwoody's victory bumped their record up to 3-4. As for North Springs, they are on an 11-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Coming up, Dunwoody will take on LaGrange Academy at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for North Springs, they will face off against Northview at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be the Spartans' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
