Basketball Recap: North Mac Piles Up the Points Against Sangamon Valley/Tri-City

North Mac's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Sangamon Valley/Tri-City Storm 50-22. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Panthers also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2023.

North Mac's win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 10-14. As for Sangamon Valley/Tri-City, their loss was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-17.

North Mac will take on Greenville at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Sangamon Valley/Tri-City, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 46-30 defeat against Litchfield on the 28th.
