Basketball Recap: Checotah Takes a Loss

Checotah and Hilldale squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Checotah had to settle for second. They fell to the Hilldale Hornets 42-37. The Wildcats' loss continues a trend for the squad, making it five in a row.

Checotah now has a losing record of 10-11. As for Hilldale, their win bumped their record up to 8-13.

Coming up, Checotah will square off against Skiatook at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday. Hilldale does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
