Heuvelton Central suffers third straight loss on the road

Recap: Heuvelton Central Bulldogs vs. Harrisville Pirates

The Heuvelton Central Bulldogs's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They were dealt a 69-35 loss at the hands of Harrisville. Heuvelton Central was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 45-16.

Leading Harrisville to victory were Nolan Sullivan and Tanner Sullivan. Sullivan scored 17 points, while Sullivan scored 22 points. That's the first time this season that Sullivan scored 15 or more points. Liam Winters was another key contributor, scoring nine points.

Heuvelton Central bumped their record down to 0-3 with that loss, which was their third straight on the road. As for Harrisville, the win for they keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Heuvelton Central will be home for the holidays to greet Potsdam at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Harrisville, they will head out on the road to face off against Ogdensburg Free Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. Ogdensburg Free Academy is still on the hunt for that elusive first 'W'.
