University Charter came out on top against Hatch on Monday thanks in part to Kyia Ezell's efforts. Ezell scored three runs and stole a base while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances, which was good enough to set a new career-high in runs.

Coming up, Ezell and University Charter will venture away from home to square off against Tuscaloosa Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
