Kent City had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They came out on top against the Pine River Area Bucks by a score of 60-51. Given the Eagles' advantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 134th, while the Bucks are ranked 277th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
