South Stokes waltzed into their match on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They blew past the Chatham Central Bears 3-0.

South Stokes was especially dominant in the first set. The final score came out to 25-15, 25-19, 25-21.

Tianna Corum paced South Stokes' offense, picking up ten kills. Corum got some help from Olivia Amos and her 22 assists. Corum was also solid from the service line: she led the team with six aces.

South Stokes' win bumped their record up to 7-4. As for Chatham Central, their loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 3-7.

South Stokes wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Forbush on the 10th. As for Chatham Central, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-0 victory against South Davidson on the 11th.
