Preview: Armijo vs. Justin-Siena
On Friday, Armijo are packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against Justin-Siena at Justin-Siena HS at 4:45 PM. It might come down to the wire as the game is expected to be close.
It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 8-44, which was the final score in Armijo's tilt against Bethel on Tuesday. Armijo were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 0-44.
Meanwhile, Justin-Siena were fully in charge last Friday, breezing past Healdsburg 61-0. The contest was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point Justin-Siena had established a 27-0 advantage.
Justin-Siena's win lifted them to 1-1 while Armijo's loss dropped them down to 1-1. We'll find out if Justin-Siena can add another positive mark to their record or if Armijo can shake off the loss and take the spring out of Justin-Siena's step.
