With a playoff win on the line, Marian rose to the challenge on Wednesday. Everything went their way against the Cranbrook Kingswood Cranes as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The win was nothing new for the Mustangs as they're now sitting on four straight.

Sophia Smith paced Marian's offense, picking up 13 kills. Smith got some help from Allie Davison and her 27 assists. Quinn Nelson controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

Marian's victory bumped their record up to 44-5. As for Cranbrook Kingswood, their loss dropped their record down to 10-13-4.

Coming up, Marian will challenge Bloomfield Hills at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Cranbrook Kingswood does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
