Basketball Recap: Glen Allen Extends Road Winning Streak to Six

Glen Allen extended their road winning streak to six games thanks to a huge performance from Sydney Worsham. The Glen Allen Jaguars simply couldn't be stopped on Tuesday as they easily beat the Thomas Jefferson Vikings 70-6 thanks in part to Worsham, who went 6 for 11 en route to 15 points in addition to eight boards and five assists. She is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed five or more in the last three games she's played.

Another player making a difference was Saathvi Sukumaran, who posted four points. The dominant performance also gave her a new career-high in assists (four).

Glen Allen's victory bumped their record up to 13-1. As for Thomas Jefferson, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-10.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Glen Allen Jaguars duke it out with the Deep Run Wildcats at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Glen Allen is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 55.9 points per game this season. As for Thomas Jefferson, they will challenge J.R. Tucker at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
