Basketball Recap: Paris Comes Up Short

Paris came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They were dealt an 81-37 loss at the hands of the George Rogers Clark Cardinals. While losing is never fun, the Greyhounds can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Kentucky basketball rankings (they are ranked 209th, while the Cardinals are ranked 11th).

Paris has also been struggling recently as they've lost 11 of their last 13 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-19 record this season. The win (which was George Rogers Clark's fifth in a row) raised their record to 25-4.

As of now, neither Paris nor George Rogers Clark have any future games scheduled.
