Softball Recap: Hillsboro Eagles vs. Maypearl Panthers
After flying high against Groesbeck last Tuesday, Hillsboro came back down to earth. The Hillsboro Eagles came up short against the Maypearl Panthers on Thursday, falling 12-4.
Cloe Creech and Brynlie Vantreese did some serious damage despite the final result: Creech went a perfect 1-for-1 with one triple, one run, and one RBI, while Vantreese scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-1.
