Basketball Recap: Mounds View Takes a Loss

Mounds View lost against Woodbury last Tuesday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Mounds View Mustangs might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 49-36 to the Woodbury Royals, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Mounds View's defeat dropped their record down to 8-6. As for Woodbury, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests, which provided a massive bump to their 10-8 record this season.

Mounds View has already played their next matchup, a 73-62 loss against Cretin-Derham Hall on the 17th. As for Woodbury, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 56-45 win against Park on the 17th.
