Basketball Recap: Trinity Tigers vs. Stillwater S Spartans

Trinity was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss dating back to last season. They were beaten by the Stillwater S Spartans 63-20. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 56-13 back in November.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Stillwater S to victory, but perhaps none more so than Nash Bertram, who posted 12 points in addition to six boards and four steals. Another player making a difference was Truett Tolar, who had 15 points.

Trinity's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Stillwater S, their win ended a five-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-4.

Trinity will host Mid-Moore Christian at 6:30 p.m. on December 13th. Mid-Moore Christian is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 59.6 points per game this season. As for Stillwater S, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 55-53 loss against Putnam Heights Academy on the 10th.
