Softball Recap: Bloomington Comes Up Short

Bloomington was the 14-13 winner over Rialto when they last played one another two weeks ago, but their luck changed this time around. The Bruins fell 12-7 to the Knights on Wednesday. The Bruins have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Alyssa Ceballos was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-4 with one stolen base, one run, and one double. Savannah Jacobo was another key player, going 2-for-3 with one run and one RBI.

Bloomington's loss dropped their record down to 3-14. As for Rialto, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-15 record this season.

As of now, neither Bloomington nor Rialto have any future games scheduled.
