Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Coconino walked away with it. They took down the Bradshaw Mountain Bears 31-14 on Friday. Winning may never get old, but the Panthers sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Although Bradshaw Mountain took the loss, they still got scores from Michael Sanford and Jon'Te Jones.

Coconino's win bumped their record up to 8-4. As for Bradshaw Mountain, with the loss, they broke their seven-game winning streak and moved their record to 8-3.

Looking ahead, Coconino will head out to square off against Gila Ridge at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Panthers will need to watch out since the Hawks have now posted at least 31 points in their last six matchups. Bradshaw Mountain does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
