Softball Recap: Pawnee Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Pawnee can now relate to. They came up short against the Calhoun Warriors on Friday, falling 7-1. The Indians were not able to make up for their defeat to the Warriors from their previous meeting back in June of 2021.

Pawnee has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 15-10 record this season. As for Calhoun, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 22-8.

Pawnee does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Calhoun, they have already played their next contest, a 6-0 win against Dupo on the 27th.
