Although Dan River took the loss, they still got scores from D.J. Gregory, Tyshawn Davis, and Kiyunn Myers.
Nelson County's win bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Dan River, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.
Nelson County will take on Gretna at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Dan River, they will square off against Chatham at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
