Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Northfield walked away with it. Everything went their way against the Valor Christian Eagles on Wednesday as they made off with a 4-0 victory. Northfield might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine matches by three goals or more this season.

They hit Valor Christian with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Aiden Hoggan, Ethan Frank, Colton Chalker, and Evan Holsinger.

Northfield has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-1-1 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 45 goals over those 12 matchups. As for Valor Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-9-4.
