Basketball Recap: Springfield Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Springfield can now relate to. They fell 37-28 to the Waynedale Golden Bears on Tuesday.

Springfield's loss dropped their record down to 15-9. As for Waynedale, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 13-11.

Springfield does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Waynedale, they will take on Canton Central Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. Canton Central Catholic will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Waynedale surely won't give up without a fight.
