While Thursday's win was certainly a team effort, someone pulling more than their own weight was underclassman Caden Freedman. He wasn't messing around on Thursday, not allowing a single earned run and allowed only one hit over five innings pitched. The pitching appearance was his fourth straight with two or fewer hits.
