Saylor Melton posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Tuesday. As a matter of fact, he produced his best game of the campaign: he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out nine over six innings pitched. He also tossed no walks, which is notable because Milton is 4-1 when he allows at most two walks, but 5-9 otherwise.
