Softball Recap: Springfield Takes a Loss

Springfield lost against Lester Prairie on Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Tigers might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 19-8 to the Bulldogs, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Springfield's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Lester Prairie, the win made it two in a row for them and also bumps their season record up to 2-4.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Bulldogs beat Springfield by a score of 8-5 later that day.
