Soccer Game Preview: Heide Trask vs. South Lenoir + How To Watch

Heide Trask is preparing for their first conference matchup of the season on Monday. They will face off against the South Lenoir Blue Devils at 6:00 p.m. Heide Trask's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for five straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

The home team had come away the winner the last six times Heide Trask and Dixon had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. The Titans lost 6-0 to the Bulldogs on Thursday. While losing is never fun, Heide Trask can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina soccer rankings (they are ranked 327th, while Dixon are ranked 97th).

Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for South Lenoir's offense. They fell just short of Lejeune by a score of 1-0 on Friday.

The defeat was their first at home , dropping their record down to 2-6-2. As for South Lenoir, their loss dropped their record down to 5-4-2.
