Centaurus had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Skyline on Tuesday. The Warriors put the hurt on the Falcons with a sharp 3-0 victory. The Warriors not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 9th (when they won 3-0).

While Centaurus won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-15, 26-24.

Centaurus' win bumped their record up to 10-6. As for Skyline, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 13 of their last 14 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-15 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Centaurus will challenge rival Fairview at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Skyline is set to take on their familiar foe Silver Creek at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
