Softball Recap: Honeoye Comes Up Short

Honeoye was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 13th straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the South Seneca Falcons, falling 19-7. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Falcons this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 23-3 back in April.

Honeoye's defeat dropped their record down to 0-12. As for South Seneca, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season.

Honeoye will head out on the road to square off against Naples at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for South Seneca, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Geneva at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
