Mid-State 38 - Delaware recap October 29, 2013

Union took down Franklin 42-0 last week, the largest margin of any game. Diego Rios threw for 80 yards and 2 touchdowns during the win.

Rob Nittolo threw for 344 yards and 4 touchdowns. He was 23-41 with 1 interception.

ANDREW ZITEL was the best wideout in Mid-State 38 - Delaware this week as Hillsborough defeated Montgomery. ZITEL racked up 11 receptions for 164 yards. SCOTT LEVONAITIS helped Hillsborough's passing attack out by catching 4 balls for 69 yards.

Leading the league in both passing and receiving yards, the Raiders' Nittolo and ZITEL have proven to be a lethal combination. 6-2 quarterback Nittolo has thrown for 1,714 yards this season, while ZITEL has 39 catches for 628 yards. The Farmers' Jamauri Bogan leads the league in rushing yards with 1,027.

An important game coming up in the league this week will be when Phillipsburg takes on Elizabeth. The Stateliners are in first place, while the Minutemen are in sixth place.

Union led Mid-State 38 - Delaware in scoring this week after putting up 42 points on the Warriors. Rios in the win.
