Volleyball Recap: Sheffield Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Sheffield was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat dating back to last season. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Colbert County Indians. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since September 28, 2023, but that streak is no more.

Sheffield's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Colbert County, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-4.

Sheffield has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Tharptown on the 6th. As for Colbert County, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Sulligent on the 6th.
