Volleyball Game Preview: Rodriguez Mustangs vs. River City Raiders

The Rodriguez Mustangs will face off against the River City Raiders at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams are strolling into their matches after big wins in their previous games.

Having struggled with four losses in a row, Rodriguez turned things around against Sacramento on Wednesday. They blew past the Dragons 3-0.

One reason for the win was Rodriguez's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-15, 25-12.

Meanwhile, River City waltzed into their contest on Wednesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Patriots.

While River City won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-17, 25-22.

Rodriguez's victory bumped their record up to 3-4. As for River City, they pushed their record up to 7-5 with the win, which was their third straight at home.
