Ezekiel Academy and Wiregrass are an even 5-5 against one another since March of 2022, but likely not for long. The Ezekiel Academy Knights will welcome the Wiregrass Kings at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with ten consecutive losses dating back to last season for Ezekiel Academy and three for Wiregrass.

Ezekiel Academy came up short against Fort Dale Academy on Thursday, falling 15-2.

Conner Campbell made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole Two bases. while going 2-for-2. Zeke Mills also deserves some recognition as he hit his first double of the season.

Wiregrass might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 16-1 to Southwest Georgia Academy, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior.

Zach Crisler was cooking despite his team's loss, going a perfect 1-for-1 with one home run.

Wiregrass' loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Ezekiel Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-9.

Ezekiel Academy beat Wiregrass 5-2 in their previous matchup back in April of 2024. Does Ezekiel Academy have another victory up their sleeve, or will Wiregrass turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
