Baseball Recap: Union Now 3-1 over Last Four Games

Union was forced to take a big loss against they on Friday, they got the better of them on Friday. They walked away with an 11-8 win over the Jesup J-Hawks. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Knights considering their two-run performance the match before.

Union has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 8-7 record this season. As for Jesup, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-12.

Coming up, Union will be playing at home against East Marshall at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. The Mustangs will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something the Knights surely won't give up without a fight. As for Jesup, they will head out on the road to square off against Sumner-Fredericksburg at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. The Cougars' pitching crew has only allowed 3.3 runs per game this season, so the J-Hawks' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
