Woodlan won the last time they faced Fort Wayne Bishop Luers and things went their way on Monday too. The Warriors came out on top against the Knights by a score of 3-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Warriors.

Woodlan had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 20-25, 25-21, 25-18, 25-11.

Maggie Smith paced Woodlan's offense, picking up nine kills. Smith got some help from Tori Crozier and her 34 assists. Smith also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Lexie Peoples, racking up three apiece.

Woodlan's win bumped their record up to 7-1. As for Fort Wayne Bishop Luers, they dropped their record down to 5-9 with the loss, which was their fourth straight at home.
