Minarets's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They enjoyed a cozy 65-51 win over the Parlier Panthers. The victory was some much needed relief for the Mustangs as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Minarets' success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Logan Davis led the charge by putting up 13 points. Another player making a difference was Matt Carlton, who posted 13 points.

Minarets' win was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 11-8. As for Parlier, their defeat was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-17.

Minarets has already played their next match (against Riverdale), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Parlier will host Yosemite at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Parlier is facing Yosemite at the right time seeing as Yosemite is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
