Soccer Game Preview: Riverside-Durham vs. Chapel Hill + How To Watch

Riverside-Durham is 1-7 against Chapel Hill since September of 2021 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Pirates will host the Tigers at 6:45 p.m. Riverside-Durham's last six contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

On Thursday, Riverside-Durham and East Chapel Hill finished up their matchup with a 1-1 draw.

The Pirates' goal came courtesy of Ollie Maurer-Cohen, who's now up to six this season.

Meanwhile, Chapel Hill managed to keep up with Durham Academy until halftime on Friday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Tigers lost 3-0 to the Cavaliers. Having soared to a lofty four goals in the game before, Chapel Hill's shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Chapel Hill's loss dropped their record down to 7-3. Riverside-Durham's draw gives them a new season record of 5-5-4.
