Basketball Recap: Berne Union's Losing Streak Snapped at Seven Games

Berne Union had to endure a seven-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They rang in the new year with a 43-32 victory over the Millersport Lakers on Saturday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Rockets also won the last time the pair played back in February of 2024.

Berne Union's win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-4 and their overall record up to 2-7. As for Millersport, their loss dropped their record down to 3-7.

Berne Union is taking a road trip to face off against Genoa Christian Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Genoa Christian Academy will roll in looking for their eighth straight victory, something Berne Union surely won't give up without a fight. As for Millersport, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Madison Christian at 7:00 p.m.
