Volleyball Recap: Greenwood's Losing Streak Snapped at Eight Games

Greenwood came into Tuesday's contest having lost eight straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They came out on top against the Cornell Chiefs by a score of 3-1 on Tuesday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Indians also won the last time the pair played back in August of 2018.

Greenwood's victory bumped their record up to 4-10. As for Cornell, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost nine of their last ten matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-21 record this season.

Greenwood wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Eau Claire Immanuel Lutheran on the 23rd. Cornell does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
