Football Recap: West Anchorage Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, West Anchorage couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They received a blow on Saturday as they fell 24-10 to the South Anchorage Wolverines. The matchup marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Baylor Wasson threw for 140 yards and one touchdown. Maverick Kirsch was his top target, picking up 60 receiving yards.

West Anchorage's defeat dropped their record down to 8-2. As for South Anchorage, the victory made it two in a row for them and also bumps their season record up to 8-2.

West Anchorage does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for South Anchorage, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 37-3 win against Bartlett on the 24th.
