Softball Recap: Ogden Takes a Loss

For some reason, the away team has come away with the win the last four times Ogden and Pleasantville have met, but the home crowd finally got their W on Thursday. The Bulldogs lost 7-1 to the Trojans. The Bulldogs have struggled against the Trojans recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Ogden now has a losing record of 6-7. As for Pleasantville, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-3.

Coming up, Ogden will head out on the road to take on Iowa Falls-Alden at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Pleasantville, they will face off against Prairie City-Monroe at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
